Construction Loan Program Types.

Single Family Residence (SFR).

  • We consistently provide construction financing for permitted projects for a single house build, as well as vertical financing for projects up to 12 units.

SFR + Detached Additional Dwelling Unit (DADU) .

Most of the cities in the greater Puget Sound have updated code that creates much needed opportunities to add additional density to existing single family neighborhoods.  In many scenarios we provide financing to remodel the existing house while providing construction financing to build 1-2 additional dwelling units (ADUs and DADUs)

In other cases, the standing house will be replaced by three to four new housing units, and we provide construction financing for all the new units.  We also provide bridge financing for the property in the pre-permit phase.

Multi-Unit/Attached Townhomes.

At permit, we provide construction financing on attached townhomes up to 16 units with loan sizes up to $10m in Washington State.

Multi-Family/Apartments .

At permit construction financing with a max 50 unit size with loan sizes up to $10MM in State of Washington
