Most of the cities in the greater Puget Sound have updated code that creates much needed opportunities to add additional density to existing single family neighborhoods. In many scenarios we provide financing to remodel the existing house while providing construction financing to build 1-2 additional dwelling units (ADUs and DADUs)
In other cases, the standing house will be replaced by three to four new housing units, and we provide construction financing for all the new units. We also provide bridge financing for the property in the pre-permit phase.
